 Terraced houses in Li PuntiWe are building fully independent, thermally and acoustically insulated terraced homes with top quality finishes, in compliance with the very best construction standards. The houses consist of a semi-basement floor accommodating the garage, adjoining storage space, cellars fitted out for tavern use, with open fireplace, cooking area and bathroom with attached laundry room. The ground floor includes an entrance hall-lounge, kitchen and bathroom, as well as two terraces. There are three rooms on the first floor – two of which are set up as bedrooms, and the third provided as a study, as an alternative to a third bedroom - in addition to a fully-fitted bathroom and two terraces. All the floors are connected by internal stairs. The house roofing is thermo-ventilated and finished with tiles. All floors are fully insulated with independent heating provided by heating-air conditioning units. Internal doors are built from wood and are available lacquered or in a range of different wood stains. External plaster finish is heat lime plaster with high sound insulation properties. All paint finishes will be carried out with breathable plaster materials and an aged finish. Outside, two private gardens will be created: one on the side of the main entrance, and one to the back. These will be fully finished and provided with green and external finishing. The garage access door will be insulated, Breda brand, and equipped with a remote control automatic opening and closing device. The property will be equipped with ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATION in accordance with current provisions of law on energy saving.
