| From the study of the tender and the definition of the project, through to its completion and delivery to the client: every single step of the work is examined, and all construction activities planned, right through to structure start-up. The plan of works is constantly monitored and checked: from respect of timescales to cost analyses and project construction and quality characteristics, as well as checking utility and customer satisfaction. These are the principles that have inspired and guide us through works development. Each project constitutes a response to the expectations and demands of a whole range of different and complex interests: of the customer, the world of design, the business that must pay the charges, through to the final users, managers and maintainers, financers and competent authorities. Project management, namely the 360° management of the project aimed at optimising it, entails the ability to provide complete, integrated services. Financial and commercial sustainability, operative and managerial function, environmental compatibility, sustainability of the entire life cycle of the work developed and relative social equity, are no less important. |
